Colour by numbers
Colour by Numbers in Stockholm allows the public to use their mobile phone to change the colours of the windows in the Telefonplan tower.
We put this forward for St John's Beacon in Liverpool a couple of years ago but the idea never got off the ground. The lights on the beacon are already programmed to respond to mobile phone directions, the Culture Company would be onto an easy moneyspinner charging people to change the lighting of the beacon to the colour of their choice.
