The Photo and Darkroom Gallery

The project building will initially house and then rotate exhibits
of work from members working in photography and as photographic
print artists.
New artists working within the medium are invited to join.
The Gallery will launch 'large scale hand-printed monochrome photography'
by Robert Howie-Smith - an explosion of the grain and the investigation
of shades of grey with a unique technique toward black and white
imagery.

During our stay in Liverpool we will convert the empty premises
on Duke Street to a red light environment and through a series of
daily workshops open to all, the project members will consider the
exploration of hand-printed techniques, the use of liquid emulsion,
and the production of new artwork in response to the MCG challenge.
This venue is a part of the Meta-Conceptual Gathering 4.
