Falkner Street's The Quarter has a real outdoor cafe culture vibe with eclectic Italian food. It is participating in the Bart programme and is hosting work by Tony Smith, Dorrie Halliday and David Knopov.

Artist Tom McIlwaine, who has his own show in the nearby Metropolitan bar, will be developing a painting from sketch to completion over several weeks as a live artist in residence on Biennial Saturdays between 11am and 6pm.
