The centrepiece of the
exibition is Tom Murphy's "Adam and Eve", which is being
shown in public for the first time. In private viewings the 10ft
high statue has received considerable critical acclaim. The two
nude figures are locked deeply in the throes of ritualistic dance
and exude a forceful energy, symbolic of future growth and change.
Tom who was originally based in Liverpool, now lives in North Wales.
His sculptural projects have captured the imagination of the public
and his work regulary appears on television and in the press.
